What Our Credentials Mean for You

The Client Benefit of Every Licence

USDOT Protection

As a USDOT-licensed carrier, Marwest LLC is subject to federal oversight, bonding requirements, and operational standards — giving you legal recourse and financial protection that unlicensed forwarders cannot provide.

Customs Accuracy

Our CBP licence means customs entries are prepared by qualified professionals — reducing the risk of misclassification, under-valuation, and the costly delays and penalties they cause.

Air Cargo Security

TSA Known Shipper status means your air cargo can move faster — without the third-party screening delays that affect non-Known Shippers, particularly important for time-critical cargo.

DGR Confidence

IATA DGR certification means dangerous goods are correctly declared, packaged, labelled, and documented — eliminating the risk of cargo rejection, fines, or aircraft safety incidents.

FMC Transparency

FMC NVOCC status means all ocean freight rates are filed under public tariff — no hidden charges, no surprise surcharges. You know what you pay, and you have FMC recourse if we fail to deliver.

Global Agent Access

FIATA membership gives us access to a vetted global network of freight agents in 150+ countries — extending our service coverage well beyond our own six offices.
